Welcome to the 4-th International Scientific Congress “Sport, Stress, Adaptation” 2006.

On behalf of the Rector of the NSA and the Congress Organizers we have the great pleasure to invite you to the International Scientific Congress “Sport, Stress, Adaptation” 2006 - Olympic Sport and Sport for All. The Congress will take place at the National Sports Academy Sofia on 16, 17 and 18 of November 2006.

The Congress is dedicated to the 20-th anniversary of the formation of the National Association “Sport, Stress, Adaptation”.

The aim of the Congress is to offer an interesting forum for scientists, researchers and students, involved and interested in the multidimensional aspects of the Olympic Sport and Sport for All. To develop further the exchange of knowledge and experience, to expand the contacts for cooperation related to the problems of sports in all aspects.

Invited speakers and chairs

Distinguished scientific research workers in the field of sports will be personally invited for participation in the Congress as a key note speaker.

Congress Format

Scientific thematic sessions will be set up according to the content of the incoming abstracts. Presentation types include oral presentations (Plenary sessions, Parallel sessions) and debated poster presentation.

Congress fee

  • · Participants (EU): 50 euro
  • · PhD students, registered at NSA: 30 euro
  • · Accompanying persons: 20 euro

The Congress fee includes: admission to all scientific sessions, exhibitions, Congress materials - program and abstract book, Certificate of attendance, coffee-breaks, and opening reception. The Congress fee should be paid at the registration.

The full text of the scientific presentations will be published in a Proceeding book (ISBN) shortly after the Congress.
