4th International Conference on Physical Education and Sports Science - Indonesia (ICPESS 2015 Indonesia)

The major scientific forum was held on 20-22 May 2015 in Jakarta, Indonesia, and was focused on the Health promotion through physical activity, Physical education, Sports science and technology – Global and Indonesian perspective.

The conference was under the patronage of the International Council for Sport Science and Physical Education. The NSA “Vassil Levski” vice-rector prof. Daniela Dasheva was a member of the executive committee and took part of the organizational structure.

For the first time the NSA “Vassil Levski” had a representative in the "Future Leaders" led by ICSSPE, with the nomination of PhD Zornitsa Mladenova, which was selected after a competition among young researchers from around the world. Our PhD student took part in the poster session with the theme National Summer University Games "Sport - part of the global culture" and participated in the organization of the event.

International Council of Sport Science and Physical Education /ICSSPE/ is the world’s largest network of organizations and institutions concerned with sport, sport science and physical education, accounting for millions of people. Among others, the Council belongs to the associated bodies of UNESCO and co-operates with the sport movement. By fostering sport, exercise, education and health, ICSSPE contributes to the development of human society.
