NSA team which took part in the "European Day of integrated sports" returned from Italy

Our representatives came back in Bulgaria with Cups and with many good feelings, ideas and satisfaction to be part in event, focused on sport activities for people with disabilities. The included sports games showed that with the right conditions and desire each and every person have the opportunity to engage in sports and to discover new opportunities.

The teams participated in 10 different disciplines together with people with disabilities - integrated archery, integrated soccer 5 Baskin (adapted basketball), trio agility, integrated karate, dance and others.

"European Day of integrated sports" was held on 23 May in 12 Italian cities with the participation of 16 organizations from 12 countries and was co-financed by the European program Erasmus +.

The focus of the project was on integrated sports as a tool for social inclusion of people with disabilities and opportunities for the development of programs for reception and integration through sport.
