20 November 2014  Mr. Ottavio Cinquanta has been conferred “Doctor Honoris Causa” by the National Sports Academy “Vassil Levski” The Rector of the National Sports Academy “Vassil Levski” Assoc. prof. Pencho Geshev presented the honorary title Doctor Honoris Causa to Mr. Ottavio Cinquanta the President of the International Skating Union (ISU). The new doctor Mr. Cinquanta expressed his gratitude for the high appreciation received and said that he was very honored and that he will never forget this important day. |
