Teaching Activities

• Mental training in sports for: control and self-regulation of emotions, building and maintaining positive internal dialogue, goal setting, building, regulating, and self-regulating confidence, relaxation and activation, visualization, team building and cohesion, and more. 
• Group-dynamic psychotraining for: conflict resolution, decision-making, leadership skills, team effectiveness, communication skills, customer service, employee motivation, organizational culture, and more.

Coaching Activities

Coach in group-dynamic psychotraining and organizational behavior.

Scientific Interests

• Regulation and self-regulation of psychological states and behavior of athletes.
• Development and enhancement of psychological skills related to sports performance and elite athletes' competition.
