Bulgarian Rowing Federation

Since 2013 – Chairman of the Coaching Council

Leads and organizes the activities of the Coaching Council at the BRF. Participates in the drafting and updating of the federation's regulatory documents and presents them for approval at the General Assembly. Engages in initiatives to improve the qualifications of rowing coaches.

2013 – 2022 – NPL

Assists in the work of the coaches at the National Team by conducting research on the athletes and monitoring their development.

2007 – 2008 and 2009 - 2010 – Coach in the National Team

Conducts training sessions and participates in competitions with athletes included in the National Team under the guidance of the Head Coach.

• Race Director at the World Cup in rowing held in Plovdiv in 2019 and the World Championship for youths under 23 in 2023.
• Awarded with a gold medal by the International Rowing Federation for his work in organizing the World Cup in 2019.
• Venue Manager at the European Rowing Championships in Plovdiv in 2011, the World Championship for juniors and girls in 2012, the World Championship for youths under 23 in 2015 and 2017, and the World Championship for men and women in 2018.
• Responsible and coordinator for a program for the creation of High Sports Mastery Centers at the Bulgarian Rowing Federation in 2013.
• Member of the Faculty Council of the Faculty of Health, Sports, and Tourism from 2016 to 2023.

• Author of over 20 scientific articles and publications in the field of sports, monographs, and educational materials.

Participates in scientific and educational projects funded by NSA, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the IOC, etc.
