Professor at the National Sports Academy. 1996 - Obtained a Ph.D. degree at the Russian Sports Academy, Moscow; defended paper on the problems of power training in rugby. 2000 - present. Trainer activity

1982 - 1985. Rugby coach at the Rugby club “Himik”, Kostinbrog. 1986 - 1995. Rugby coach at the National Sports Academy. 1988 - 1995. Chairman of the Trainers` Committee of the Bulgarian Rugby Federation. 1992 - 1999. Expert of FIRA ; participation in the Experts` Congresses in Rome 1992, Barcelona 1994, Portugal 1995 , Paris 1996 , Bucharest 1997, Paris 1998 , Heidelberg 1999. 1995 – 2000. Manager of the Bulgarian National Sevens Team. 1995 – present. Manager of the International Rugby Turnaments ‘Sofia-7\\\\\\\'. 1997 - 2000. Manager of the all Bulgarians Nationals Teams. 2002 Development menager of the Hellenic Rugby Union.

Publications, books, guidances

Author and co-author more 35 books and publications for Rugby training, fitness, practical advise on the organisation of regular training sessions and stresses the importance of assimilating individual skills into effective team effort.
