Dear colleagues,
We are pleased to invite you to the Annual International Conference of the Department of Gymnastics. It will be held at National Sports Academy, Sofia, Bulgaria – 28.05.2009.
Conference themes: It will be discussed all the aspects concern to physical education (school gymnastics) and gymnastics disciplines included in International Gymnastics Federation (FIG).
Conference work plan:
27.05. – arrival of the participants.
28.05. – 9.00- 1000 – registration.
10.00 – 10.15 – opening ceremony.
10.15 - 12.30 – first plenary session.
12.30 - 13.30 – coffee brake and posters examining.
12.30 - 16.30 – second plenary session.
16.30 - 16.45 – closing ceremony.
18.30 – cocktail.
Instruction for the participation:
Conference language – Bulgarian, English.
Lecture time – 15 minutes (7-10 minutes for the expose presentation and 5-8 minutes for discussion).
One paper only may be presented orally. Others should be presented by posters.
Application deadline – 22.05.2009.
Application form includes: title, first and last name, institution, mailing address, town, state, heading of the paper and resume (5-10 rows) in English.
Registration – 9.00 -10.00 in the conference hall.
At the registration full paper must be given on the CD.
Conference fee – 10 ˆ, for the second paper 5 ˆ, for the 33-th and more – free.
For students – 5 ˆ, for the second paper - 2.5 ˆ. It will be paid during registration.
For the participants as listeners – 10 ˆ.
Conference materials, coffee, soft drinks and present are included. Symposium will be printed later.
Cocktail cover – 10 ˆ.
