Workshop on the project “European Day of integrated sports” was held on 13th May in NSA "Vasil Levski".
12 European countries are involved in the project: Bulgaria, Italy, Lithuania, Romania, France, Great Britain, Slovakia, Germany, Poland, Spain, Greece, Portugal and Turkey. National coordinator and technical coordinator for Bulgaria are prof. Daniela Dasheva and ch. assist. Stefka Jobova.
On 23th May the team of the NSA will be divided into three groups (of 7 people) in three Italian cities: Pescara, Assisi and Grosseto. Our representatives will participate in integrated archery competitions, integrated soccer – 5, baskin (adapted basketball), trio agility dog, integrated karate, dance and others.
The event aims to promote the model of joint sport exercises between people with disabilities and people without such. Each participant will have the opportunity to try a variety of new sports and to discover new opportunities.
The "European Day of Integrated sports" - 23 May is financed by the ERASMUS+: EU programme for Education, Training Youth and Sports for 2014 - 2020
