Doha Goals is one of the most important forums for the achievement of social and economic change through sport. The event was held for the third year at the Aspire Academy in Doha under the high patronage of His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Emir of Qatar.
During their stay in Qatar early in November this year the Rector and head assist. Stefka Djobova had the honor to meet His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani, Secretary General of the Qatar Olympic Committee and Doctor Honoris Causa of the NSA "Vassil Levski".
